At The Himalayan Monks, we understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair to both our travellers and service partners such as hotels and transport providers.
1. Cancellation by Traveller
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must inform us through email or official communication. Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the timeline below:
30 days or more before travel date – 30% of the total package cost
15 – 29 days before travel date – 50% of the total package cost
7 – 14 days before travel date – 75% of the total package cost
0 – 6 days before travel date – 100% of the total package cost (No Refund)
2. No Show
If a traveller does not arrive on the scheduled departure date without prior notice, it will be treated as a No Show, and no refund will be provided.
