1. Cancellation by Traveller
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must inform us through email or official communication. Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the timeline below:
30 days or more before travel date – 30% of the total package cost
15 – 29 days before travel date – 50% of the total package cost
7 – 14 days before travel date – 75% of the total package cost
0 – 6 days before travel date – 100% of the total package cost (No Refund)
2. No Show
If a traveller does not arrive on the scheduled departure date without prior notice, it will be treated as a No Show, and no refund will be provided.
